The Revision Process
My previous assignment had some areas where revision would play an integral role in ensuring the message that is intended to be efficaciously relayed is easier. In this case, for example, when the paper mentions the core values including; honesty, creativity, and professionalism which go a long way in ensuring that an individual can harness the full use of language and power in the workplace, have not been exhaustively explored.
As such, it suffices to maintain that I would ensure that various aspects such as creativity, honesty, and professionalism are explained with support from peer-reviewed sources to bolster their assertions. In this case, I would also provide examples to show further how they can be applied with ease in the cooperate world.
Furthermore, when it comes to grammar, it is essential to understand that it plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the paper’s intentions are relayed to the respective audience with high efficacy. In this case, therefore, the report would need better grammar. I would make an effort to read the paper after completing it to ensure that it is reinforced correctly in mind. Reading also helps with various aspects of writing, including fluency in the sentences to exacerbated vocabulary—still, some studies on the basic speech parts and areas with prevalent grammatical errors. Proofreading the assignment aloud would also go a long way in ensuring that special attention is paid to the tiny grammatical errors found.
Lastly, to ensure a flow in the essay, the plan is to create an outline to determine where the crucial points go in the paragraphs. The facts would then be organized so that each section leads to another in a way that makes sense, be it chronologically or in order of importance. Topic sentences and conclusions will also be put in every paragraph, whereby the main point of every paragraph is introduced prior to writing the supporting sentences. Making more use of transitional phrases would also be crucial in connecting ideas and showing the interrelationships between the paragraphs.
