Strategic management is also essential in enhancing organizational sustainability by ensuring the organization sets goals, objectives, and procedures aligning with its vision. Organizations can also increase their sustainability by using leadership competence to generate ideas on what should be done. Adaptability is also essential in enhancing organizational sustainability by enabling the organization to adjust to the changes in its internal and external environment, such as adapting to the use of technology in response to automation. In addition, skills like good communication will encourage leaders and their teams to communicate openly, which boosts productivity and efficiency.
