The organization can then focus on increasing the production of such products and improving those with less demand to attract more customers. The organization also needs to consider reviewing the customer database to determine the areas with the largest customer base to increase the supply of its products in those areas to meet customer demands. Another important operational step in increasing market share is determining improvement areas to meet customer needs. Focusing on improvement areas will enable the company to maintain existing customers and attract more customers.
