Evaluation of noise levels in Cemex Cement Company

The evaluation plan consists of two parts. Initially, the noise incidences will be recorded for at least seven days, and the average will be calculated; an investigation will then be carried out to determine how employees perceive speech at a two-meter distance. The Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work General Application Regulations recommend and guide the allowed noise levels in a company (Lessard & Reavis, 2016). Any noise level that is more than 85 decibels is rendered unhealthy. When the impact on the employees’ backs is minimal, back injuries will be unheard of in the company.
