Rationale
The five procedures created above aim to maximize learning and minimize distractions that might hinder learning for some or all students. The first procedure is to ask for help. Without appropriate procedures, students can waste a lot of time asking for assistance in class. Thus, creating simple signals minimizes the time used to ask for help. The second procedure is to start the classes. There needs to be a process for making sure the students are in the right mood for learning (Burden, 2020). For instance, the process involves a quick question to get them in the learning mood. Procedures for restroom use have also been set to make sure that students use the minimum time possible to visit the bathroom if they need to in the middle of a lesson. Additionally, there is a process for asking questions. Some students can participate more than others. It is the teacher’s role to ensure that all students have a chance (Rawlings Lester, Allanson, & Notar, 2017). Thus, they will raise a hand, and the teacher will have a chance to choose all students to ask questions. Lastly, the process for ending lessons aims to ensure all students have achieved learning through a process of engagement and reflection. This process ensures that the students can reflect on what they have learned at the end of the lesson.
Part 2: Rules, Consequences, and Rewards System
List 5 rules and consequences for classroom behaviour. Consequences should be applicable to all rules and get progressively more stringent in order to coach students’ negative behaviours and allow them to demonstrate positive behaviours.

Documenting Consequences:
The teacher will have a behaviour book where consequences for each student’s rule-breaking will be recorded.
Reward System
The teacher will have a classroom credit system where students will be awarded points for good behavior. Points will be taken out when there is bad behavior. Students will receive gifts attached to their behaviour scores.
Rationale
This rules, consequences, and rewards plan is based on behavioral theory. This theory argues that behaviours can be modelled through rewards and punishments (Korpershoek et al., 2016). The rules and consequences are modelled to encourage good behaviours by rewarding the students and discourage bad ones by using punishments. The class credits are the main rewards that will be used to encourage good behaviour. On the other hand, different forms of punishments will be used, such as verbal warning, calling parents, losing class credits, sending students to the principal, and suspension in more serious situations. These approaches will help to ensure that students follow the rules.
