Evidence-based practice, professionalism, and scholarship are the pillars of nursing practice, enabling high-quality, ethical, and research-informed patient care. EBP incorporates the best evidence, clinical experience, and patient values to achieve optimum outcomes, healthcare effectiveness, and patient satisfaction.
