This ongoing support is vital in maintaining the system’s effectiveness and user satisfaction. Further, performance monitoring is an ongoing responsibility of the nurse informaticist. They continuously monitor the system’s performance, gather user feedback, analyze system metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Based on their observations and feedback, the nurse informaticist leads efforts to implement system updates, enhancements, and modifications as needed (Kyeremeh, 2019). This ensures that the system remains aligned with the evolving needs of the nursing staff and the unit, ensuring its continued effectiveness and success.
