Jeanine’s success story highlights several actions she took to improve her learning outcomes. When the students resumed school after being away for 20 years, they realized that they had forgotten the structure of an academic paper. Additionally, Jeanine experienced a challenge maneuvering her online class and did not have enough time to complete assigned homework.
