Nonetheless, even after I am done with my MSN program, I still intend to maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism at my workplace as a nurse. I promise to abide by the rules and regulations of the workplace by practicing honesty, honor, trust, and ethical values. To maintain any professional integrity, honesty is a must. Also, I intend to maintain a degree of loyalty between myself and the respective organization I will be placed to work. The maintenance of loyalty is also a driver of achieving the goals of the institution. Maintaining trust between employers and employees is essential because for one to be submissive and bring out the best in them, trust is a must. Trust also ensures the thriving of the organization and better achievement. Diligence and justice are what I also choose to practice at my workplace. I intend to perform my duties with diligence and also treat all the staff mates with the same degree of respect and not despise any.

Also, fulfilling the promises I make to the organization is also important to maintain trust and my reputation within the organization. When making decisions, the answers should not be variable; they have to be constant without any alterations. As a nurse, I perceive the profession to be more of service to others than merely making a living. Therefore, all my efforts within the healthcare facility will be directed toward the patients to ensure the restoration of their health and also quality care. Similarly, I intend to maintain my professional integrity by being open to correction from staff mates and also to be ready to admit when I am wrong. At the very instant of making a mistake, I present my sincere apologies and learn what to do next time I get myself in a similar situation. Thus, it is important to maintain professional integrity because it improves the productivity and reputation of an individual in the workplace.
