| Self-Care Summary:
Reflecting on this journal, I discovered that taking care of oneself is crucial in improving overall health. Thus, I admitted that focusing on practicing, exercising, and spending more time with my friends and family not only positively influenced my well-being but also made me more stabilized in my work and belief systems. Having adopted a routine of setting time aside for self-care, I have become more in touch with my needs and how to meet them in a bid to enhance my presence in the fulfillment of my duties in my capacity as a nurse. |
