Thesis: While Fascism in Italy and Nazism in Germany showed notable similarities in nationalism, dictatorship, anti-communism, and expansionism, among other authoritarian features, the two regimes differed significantly regarding the extent to which some of these features, including but not limited to racism and anti-Semitism, were enforced.
