As an instructor, I intend to apply the aforementioned techniques. However, I will place greater emphasis on collaborative learning in my classroom. Learning through group discussions is important because it will encourage students to share their knowledge. It also increases the confidence of more reserved students because they ask questions as they interact with their colleagues. In addition, providing tasks for completion in the group setting will motivate students to share ideas openly to emerge as the best. In the process, all students will review the topic at hand, leading to a greater understanding of the basic mathematical concepts.
