Objective 1: During the practicum, prepare at least 5 – 10 treatment regimens for mentally ill patients dependent on clinical findings.
Planned Activities: To actively engage in patient care by screening patients in collaboration with the primary care provider and other healthcare professionals, involving at least one patient individually every week.

Planned Activities: Establishing the integrated psychological therapies with other medical professionals such as psychologists, psychiatrists, and nursing staff dealing with mentally ill patients.
Assess and keep track of the various psychotherapy methods available based on the patient’s demands and age.
Assessment mode: Differentiated evaluations of the type and quantity of psychotherapeutic therapies used weekly, clinical working time (weekly), and the patients are seen weekly.

Objective 3: During the practicum, evaluate at least five treatment programs for patients weekly.
Planned Activities: Coordinating with the primary caregiver and other health experts to evaluate psychiatric therapies and keep weekly reports of patients’ reactions to those treatments.
Assessment mode: The number of patients seen weekly, the number of disorders encountered weekly, and the amount of time spent with patients.

Theories guiding clinical practice
The objective attainment theory of Imogene King is a good nursing concept to use in my medical setting. Its primary tenet is that the client and the caregiver must interact, agree to create targets and take the appropriate measures to achieve them. This philosophy appealed to me since it advocates for a collaborative method of resolving patient issues (Adib-Hajbaghery & Tahmouresi, 2018). In healthcare settings, partnership is critical since it enables sound decisions, ideal quality services, and the achievement of practical and personalized goals.
The most appropriate counseling theory is the behavioral theory, based on the idea that behavior is learned. Mental health specialists should address patients’ undesired and damaging habits cooperatively (Surdu et al., 2021). Healthy behavior modification strategies can reward proper behaviors, which I intend to explore further during my clinical experience (Kazantzis et al., 2018). This method emphasizes the significance of cognitive behavior therapeutic interventions and similar behavioral approaches in healthcare situations.

Conclusion
An ideal strategy is required for nurses to summarize their professional practicum experience. This practicum participation plan outlines my goals, the theories guiding my clinical practice, and the timeline of the practicum activities. In relation to the goals, the most important ambition is to have more expertise in therapeutic interventions and psychotherapy approaches. My treatment approach will be guided by the objective accomplishment of Imogene King and behavioral therapy principles. The timeline shows when various tasks are expected to be finished.
