I want to highlight the work of Officer Larry DePrimo of the New York Police Department. Officer DePrimo received national attention in 2012 when he was captured on video giving a homeless man a pair of shoes and socks on a cold winter night. This act of kindness has demonstrated three essential attributes that make Officer DePrimo a model of ethical behavior.
