Communication behavior is effective in illustrating the concept of performance level. It is possible to weigh the level of performance in an organization through their communication behavior. If there is adherence to the culture of communication, then the level of performance is likely to be high. Another concept that is illustrated with communication behavior is that of the scoreboard. Communication will show if the goals and objectives of the organizational members, especially the employees are similar (Daniel et al., 2016).
