This paper provides an Innovative Practice Proposal for Magnet Hospital after identifying and assessing the needs of the hospital.

Description and Purpose of the Innovation

The proposed innovation for the privately owned Magnet Hospital involves the integration of the Magnet Recognition Program (MRP) in the hospital services that would act as a guide in creating a culture of nursing excellence. This program has been considered the highest recognition for nursing services and the healthcare organization to create nursing excellence (Broom & Mary, 2007).
