Leadership Profile Discussion Response
Responding to Ashley Rogers
Hello Ashley,
Your leadership profile is indeed impressive. Your strengths, as revealed by the StrengthFinder Assessment Tool, gravitate towards leadership. Magerøy et al. (2023) note that the excellence of healthcare leaders is dependent on their responsibility and accountability for their actions, as well as their ability to influence others toward organizational goals. Your commitment to your actions, intolerance to excuses, and outstanding organization, as reflected by the StrengthFinder Assessment Tool, are just some of the things it takes to be an excellent leader. It is also remarkable that you seek to be a better, responsible person and an excellent arranger. Responsibility is a core nursing attribute. In collaborative paradigms, nurses’ responsibility is necessary to enhance the effectiveness of the healthcare teams involved in managing the patients (McLaney et al., 2022). In general, your strengths put you in a better place to execute your duties as a nurse. By improving the areas in which you feel dissatisfied, you will surely be an excellent caregiver.

Hello
Your leadership profile is remarkable. As evident in your post, the Gallup StrengthsFinder Report revealed that self-assurance, analytical, adaptability, and focus are your strength areas. These strengths are integral to healthcare leadership. Modern healthcare is diverse and often presents considerable operational challenges. To overcome these challenges, nurses should be adaptable and have the self-awareness to identify various complexities (Rahmah et al., 2022). Your analytical skills may help you to scrutinize apparent complexities and tackle them appropriately. This is a plus for you. It is also impressive that you want to improve thematic areas of harmony and maximizer. Notably, harmony is crucial to interpersonal relationships (Zhang, 2024). Being able to live with others harmoniously will not only elevate your nursing practice but also gravitate other people towards you. As a maximizer, you will be able to attain higher levels of personal and professional growth. It will also enable you to juggle between your career and social life easily.
