Efforts have been made for many years to help reduce gender discrimination. Gender expectations have been handled so that employees in organizations can understand how to identify gender expectations. The goal is to help both genders understand how to build a good relationship by acknowledging the expectations of establishing a better work culture. According to research, a sense of respect can help to improve the relationship between the sexes. One method for ensuring gender equality is to promote respect (Wesolowicz et al., 2018).
