Most people find the healthcare sector to be too complicated and confusing. It is constantly changing as a result of technical advances or federal regulations. It is becoming increasingly vital to prepare for the healthcare organization’s success. The organization can best start planning for the unknown by planning for the future. Hence, a solid business plan will help strategize for the future.

As a healthcare manager, I will use my business plan to address employee participation, cost savings, leadership, patient satisfaction, referrals, and marketing strategies. I will recognize opposing mentalities for the employee participation strategy and offer the supportive members a voice. Besides, I will consider setting the goal to set up an interactive and straightforward process with suitable integrated firmware that links employee assessment to a prominent business approach (Ramori et al., 2021). To achieve the cost-saving strategy, I will expand the resources I spend on patient well-being, nutrition, preventative health initiatives, and patient education programs. To promote the success of the leadership strategy, I will grant additional leadership positions to top-skilled leaders when there is a shortage in leadership opportunities. To fulfill the patients’ satisfaction strategy, I will train more healthcare staff, improve the quality of services, and enhance a sound integration system between the patients and the staff. I will address the referrals strategy by hiring a full-time medical professional liaison, as this will help me reach my full potential through physician referrals (Ramori et al., 2021). Besides, I will schedule a consistent flow of consultations, calls, and meetings with my physician liaison to enhance properly outlined quarterly goals for referral expansion. Lastly, concerning the market strategy, maximize the online experience of patients to keep patients from leaving and seeking treatment elsewhere. It is also essential because it will play a key role in acquiring new health marketing options.
