Evaluating Intelligence Tests- Fluid and Crystallized Intelligence Practical and Emotional Aspects and Binets Accuracy

Multiple intelligences is defined as a theory that describes the various ways that individuals acquire and learn information (Zheng, 2019). This means that a human’s intelligence can be evaluated based on aspects such as tune with nature, physical movement, introspection, social interaction, music, pictures, numbers, and the use of words (Zheng, 2019).

According to the multiple intelligence inventory of Literacy Net (2021), I scored high in intelligence, including musical, self, body movement, and social, and low on language nature, spatial, and mathematics. The results are consistent with my perception of myself because I like reading while wearing emotion on my face depending on the book’s mood. I also like listening to music and singing, and I love poetry. I also like evaluating myself constantly, reflecting and thinking about other people’s actions and perspectives before deciding anything, and I also like doing physical exercise to keep fit. This is why I scored high in these areas. I like to be in a social setup and meet new people, but sometimes I like to spend time alone, and this explains why I scored average in social intelligence. I scored low on nature because I occasionally like being in a natural environment and do not pursue any mathematics-related course. The test was culturally fair because it does not require an individual’s details on their cultural background and beliefs, not ethnic or national origin.

By applying the multiple intelligences theory in educational settings, educators consider the various kinds of learners they might have in their classes and reinforce each student’s different types of intelligence (Gardner, 2021). This allows the individual student to learn and be able to utilize their specific abilities and demonstrate learning.
