Therefore, a curriculum has the power to bring up rounded people, including through supporting those from marginalized communities. It gives such learners an avenue to learn skills needed to analyze systems of oppression within society and understand how they can use their voices to champion changes. Such a child becomes empowered, hence competing favorably with others.
