What is your communication strategy with your team?

For me, If I’m the middle manager. I believe the best communication strategy I should use is verbal and visual communication. First, Verbal Communication. It is used to disseminate messages to understand what it is about, oral or written. The best way is to choose oral because it’s genuine and to understand the letter, which is to arrange a face-to-face meeting with them.

Regarding, The situation. Which is the company will be going through a reorganization. Before you begin your face-to-face meeting with them, you need to think of the best way to calm them and not be so anxious about the problem.

First, you need to inhale, exhale, and stare at them within 5 seconds and smile to make them clear and in positive energy. Second, you need to ask them how they are. And have a small conversation about food. To help get more attention. Third, you will change the topic regarding the problem that arises company, and you will say it excellently and structure. Like, ” Don’t you worry; I believe there is another option to save the company and to stop mass downsizing. All we need to do is pray to strengthen our faith in ourselves and God. That Everything in the company will be alright with this structure of words. It will help them give hope and help them consistently maintain their morale in the organization. Second, Visual Communication is communication about visuals, pictures, and graphics by making a presentation on Cava, Powerpoint, etc. It will also help verbal communication to make the team members understand the problem more.

How often will you provide communication with your team about updates? Remember, you need to keep them informed but not panicked.

For me, I believed. I will tell them excellently and with encouraging words every day before we go home. Like, what I’m telling them, like those hopeful words I said to them on the first day I suggested that problem. ” Don’t worry; I believe there is another option to save the company and stop mass downsizing because it will help them to be strong enough and to trust in God and themselves that it will not happen. That Everything will be done in God’s perfect timing. And it will help them to be motivated and optimistic while working and in life.

How will you get your key message across while keeping your team productive?

  •  By motivating them by telling them inspirational quotes and keep on fighting and never giving up to keep them productive
  •   by exposing them to continue to teach the company’s core values, vision and mission to keep them productive.
  •  Exposing them to pray to keep them productive
  •   tells them not to forget our goal and to continue to work as a team to keep them productive.

What can you do to reduce distraction challenges and the rumour mill for your team?

For me, I believe I will tell my team members. They need to have heart-to-heart talks with God so they become more courageous to overcome all the distractions and rumours to help them to increase their morale.

I believed I should tell them to do their work as a team, continue to exchange ideas about work as we did before, and always teach the core values they learned from me. To avoid distraction.

I should recommend reading a Motivational book, which will help them be motivated to work. It will help them to avoid distractions.
