Essentially, sociability is when employees and leaders seek out pleasant social relationships within the organization. A good example is when a leader eats lunch with the employees. I believe the practices mentioned above to be the best because they are all about building trust and good relationships in an organization. Both trust and good relationships go a long way in ensuring people can work together and that they work together effectively and efficiently.
