Be sure to emphasize here how this is in addition to your current job- or how you have enhanced your activities based on what you have learned in the DNP program. 10 points	The completion of the CITI modules, following up on the proceedings of the Global Mental Health Conference: Research Without Borders by the US National Institute for Mental Health, and evaluating the sources of health information among consumers were essential in shaping the progress of the DNP project. These have helped me gain insights into developing ethical research in mental healthcare settings and how information sources influence help-seeking behaviors for mental health issues.
4.Discuss collaboration with other members of the health care team. 10 points	All of my practicum hours have been spent majorly in activities that require collaboration with other professionals from different departments. For instance, I engaged in a collaborative cultural competence training webinar for mental health care providers, which helped me understand the ethical and legal complexities of practicing in mental health care settings.
5.Identify what you didn’t know or what you need to learn (learning gaps) about practicum and or your project during these hours. What is your plan to gain the knowledge needed as you progress in practicum? 10 points	Although I am competent in the use of EHRs, I will need to develop skills in data scrapping from these systems to ease the development of nursing research using data from electronic systems.

Updated Summer 2023: Your description of practicum hours includes activities in both the practice setting and non- practice setting areas. Examples of activities in locations other than the practice setting are attendance at DNP student presentations, webinars, professional conferences, health policy activities, grant writing, and participation in the Virtual Practicum Work Room when applicable.
