Augmented reality is a form of a cyber world based on the real world that allows users to interact and make changes to designs without having to incur the expenses of making the changes in the real world. Augmented reality supports both audio and visual stimuli and allows users to interact with each other in the virtual world, making it possible to hold online meetings in augmented worlds (Jung & Dieck, 2018). Organization A is an international organization spread out across ten locations. The use of augmented reality can make interior designs from one location available to users from other locations without having to travel. The organization can also use the technology to gain an advantage over its rivals and, as a result, gain a larger market share.

Augmented reality technology holds the potential for many opportunities and advantages to organization A.
