How does the organization structure help RPZ be nimble?

RPZ’s dual operating system and secondary organizational structure facilitate successful marketing transformation. The company can use its merger approach to create networks that will enable the effective operation of functional areas and increase agility. The company’s organizational structure also reduces turnaround time and creates positive collaboration among employees. It also aligns the ultimate goals of the company with the participation of all employees. The structure is also effective in facilitating continuous improvement and identifying gaps in the systems and processes in the company without interfering with daily operations. Kotter (2012) argues that companies need to regularly seek competitive advantage without disrupting day-to-day operations. Dividing things up by account coverage also helps RPZ be nimble by maintaining proper accounting hence maintaining the smooth running operations because every company maintains its clients’ account coverage.

How can human resources help RPZ reach its goals?

RPZ’s main goal is to maintain trust between the company and its clients. Human resources can therefore help the company reach this goal by maintaining transparency in their actions. For instance, employees in the accounting department can be transparent in reporting accounting information to clients, including any changes in the company’s revenue and the decision to either merge accounting operations or not. They can also convince clients why the decision selected is the best for them and the company to avoid losing them.RPZ’s other goal is to venture into social marketing. Human resources can help in achieving this goal by networking on different social media platforms to reach more customers and establishing social relations with the community around the company to gain goodwill from them. Human resources can also offer their input on what the company needs to do to boost its performance and any requirements that they may have to ensure that the merger is successful and avoid resistance to change. According to Rouse (2021), failure to involve employees in the change process is the main factor contributing to resistance to change. It is, therefore, important to keep employees engaged in the change process to maintain continuity in the running of operations and avoid lowering RPZ’s performance.
