Starting Salary $130,000-$150,000 plus year end Incentive Bonus – Four Open Full Time Positions (Foster City, Lodi, Newark and Tracy)

We are actively seeking a professional Director of Patient Care Services who is compassionate, establishes, implements and evaluates goals and objectives of home health and hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience or internship in a Health care setting
  • Graduate of accredited school with a BS in HCA Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community

  • Have strong computer skills
  • Provides guidance and counseling to coordinators and Clinical Supervisors/Nursing Case Managers to assist them in continually improving all aspects of home health care and hospice
  • Conducts and evaluates clinical performances of all staffs annually, or more frequently if indicated.
  • Plans and implements in-service and continuing education programs to meet education and training needs of organization
  • Assures compliance with all local, state and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of organization personnel and maintains compliance to the CHAP Home Care
