Now, you have been asked by the Board of Directors to conduct a SWOT analysis for St. Matthew’s Hospital after you analyzed its external environment. At the end of the exercise, you will prepare a report titled, Broad Collaborative Strategic Map Report.

For Part II of your strategic plan, address the following:

  • Describe the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that you have identified.
  • Organize your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the form of a table with proper identifications.
  • For each item identified, analyze and explain how it will affect the organization reaching its desired goal.
  • Summarize how you will use the strengths and opportunities to overcome the weaknesses and threats.
