Moon Journal Week 2

Thoughts: The moon has always been a fascinating celestial body for me and most of humankind. Looking at the moon makes me develop a sense of curiosity and wonder as I imagine what the moon consists of and how it often changes in shape and brightness. The moon also reminds me of childhood memories when I would stare up at the night sky and admire its glow.
Questions: What are the specific childhood memories associated with the moon? How have my childhood experiences shaped how I perceive the moon?

Thoughts: The moon’s soft light has a calming effect that often makes me start reflecting on my life. Its mystery and beauty inspire me to explore the depths of my imagination and reflect on what I need to change in my life and how to become a better person.
Questions: What are the most intriguing scientific or astronomical aspects of the moon? What would I like to learn more about the moon’s characteristics and formation?

Thoughts: Looking at the night sky with no sign of the moon evokes a sense of wonder about the link between the moon and the beliefs shared in different cultures, explaining why the moon disappears and the different moon shapes and sizes. In many cultures, the moon holds deep spiritual significance and is often associated with the flow of life and the cycles of growth and renewal. When I gaze upon the moon, I cannot help but feel a sense of connection to something greater than myself, a reminder of the interconnectedness of all things.
Questions: How do different cultures’ interpretations of the moon resonate with my own beliefs? What personal significance does the moon hold for me spiritually?

Thoughts: On this night, the moon was not visible. Looking at the sky made me think about the moon’s mysteries, which sparked many questions in my mind. I wonder about the possibility of life on the moon or whether it could be a potential destination for human exploration and colonization. I am curious about the moon’s effect on tides and its role in stabilizing Earth’s rotation.
Questions: What are some of my most compelling questions about the moon’s future exploration? How do I think these discoveries could impact my understanding of space?

Question
OKAY SO THIS WEEK THE MOON WAS NOT VISIBLE LIKE HOW IT WAS LAST WEEK EXCEPT FOR SUNDAY. MY PROFESSOR SAID THE DAYS WE CAN’T SEE THE MOON TO JUST DISCUSS WHAT WE SEE IN THE SKY AND WRITE OUR THOUGHTS BASED ON THAT AND COME UP WITH QUESTIONS. I UPLOADED MY FIRST MOON JOURNAL FOR WEEK 1 SO YOU CAN DO IT EXACTLY LIKE THAT AGAIN. THIS WEEK HAS TO BE FOUR ENTIRIES.

MOON JOURNAL WEEK 2:
Continue journaling this week.
Specifically:
I’d like you to just note what the moon reminds you of, what it makes you think of, how it makes you feel. Does it make you wonder about specific things about the moon? do you have some questions about it? What would you like to know? Again, no answers needed… but you can speculate. Please observe four times this week.
