Importance of a Healthcare Plan to a Manager
A marketing plan within the context of Triage Centre will constitute the strategic and detailed plan intended to help the marketing manager accomplish marketing goals set out for marketing the services. The manager also benefits by enhancing the program’s performance by utilizing the marketing plan as a business tool to access new approaches that enhance performance. Additionally, the manager can leverage the marketing plan to develop a road map for actions and establish support systems for managing change and challenges so that the marketing is sustainable.
