Question
In the Instructions for Module 6, step #7 was this: Read pages 381-415 in Rules for Writers (sections 55 through 57a if you have the digital book). Also, read pages 464-484 in Rules for Writers (sections 60 through 62a if you have the digital book).
Using In-Text Citations
The content in this reading will likely be a refresher from ENG 1108 (or its equivalent at another school) and has to do with synthesizing and integrating sources, avoiding plagiarism, and using proper in-text citations. It’s worth revisiting those skills and strategies in this second-level composition class, especially if you plan to go on to a four-year institution where you will write a LOT of papers!
