The management of the facility needs to establish a platform and channel that allows the workers to engage in multidisciplinary communications, and this could involve having regular meetings for the team members, shared documentation arrangements, and encouraging open dialogues and active listening approaches that promote the sharing of information and collaborative approaches to address the existing challenges (Rodziewicz & Hipskind, (2020). This strategy effectively addresses the challenge of medical errors as it will ensure the healthcare givers are in constant communication. It provides that they share the necessary expertise, concerns, and perspectives of the patients, allowing for a collaborative problem-solving approach and effective decision-making for the best patient outcomes. The collaborative environments often assist in identifying the likely errors and ensure that the errors are addressed proactively to enhance the safety and results of the patient.
