This article encourages me to learn new technologies and adopt new practices like yoga, meditation, walking, healthy eating, and sleeping habits which enhance my personal and professional growth. This article knowledged me the benefits of simpler habits which can bring substantial positive impacts on my physical and mental health and can reduce burnout significantly. Moreover, not only to myself, these healthy practices ultimately enrich the cultural safety of patients, families, and communities and encourage them to build a positive and healthier environment.

In conclusion, nurses can significantly improve daily working habits by following simpler techniques that can effectively reduce burnout and achieve professional and personal goals. Also, the four principles can essentially enrich team performances to keep great services in the community as well as establish healthier relationships between patients and staff. Teamwork is a great opportunity to learn and share knowledge among members. Thus, it is very important to maintain physical and mental health to deliver good services at work daily.
