The article also discusses the main foods individuals undergoing cancer treatment should take and the recommended amount of carbohydrates, fat, protein, minerals and vitamins. I would also use this source for information related to my research questions because it provides valid information supported by the findings of other researchers who have reviewed the same concepts. The authors also cite all information gathered from other sources, thus making it easier to distinguish their arguments from those made by other researchers.

I would also use the article as a source of information for my research because the findings are based on a review of 45 published meta-analyses, thus indicating that the conclusions drawn by the authors are not biased.

The authors also argue that cancer is a metabolic disorder and colon cancer risk increases with age advancement, lifestyle habits and diet. They conclude that colon cancer can be reversed by reducing the intake of meat, increasing the intake of fresh organic vegetables and foods rich in fibre, increasing the intake of omega three and avoiding refined sugar and starch.
The article is a relevant source of information for my research because it provides information on the recommended diet for colon cancer treatment. The article also explains how the consumption of certain foods may limit the success of colon cancer treatment. I would use the article as a source of information in my research because the authors’ arguments are supported by the findings of other researchers who have researched the same concepts, thus making the information in the article valid.
