How do you define leadership?

Leadership is the ability to lead a team to achieve a goal. If you have a trait view of leadership, you allow each individual to bring certain qualities to the table. Traits can be viewed as an ability because everyone isn’t the same,, meaning they won’t have the same qualities. A trait view of behavior shows how leaders react to certain situations. A leader affects and could be affected by their followers.

In what ways might North American perspectives of leadership differ from those of other cultures?
