Training
Compare the training needs between a low-level security agency and an agency that requires significantly higher trained security professionals.
Security training is an important protocol that all security agencies need to ensure that they provide. Low-level security training is highly common. It involves the provision of security to sole proprietors and the protection of low-level security. The duration taken to do the training is quite less. It mostly involves training on using non-lethal and effective weapons to provide security (Newman, 2014). High-level training takes a long duration based on the fact that paramilitary training is involved. The individual is also trained to use lethal weapons because the protected assets are regarded as high value and require maximum protection.
Evaluate a method of training you received at a past job or experience and determine if the method could be used for security professionals. Explain why your experience is or is not applicable.
I underwent technical skills development program. The technique is still applied today in most companies based on the high level of effectiveness associated with the training.
