My smart goal project will focus on the redesign of the workplace. The main areas of the redesigning program will include integrating technology in the workplace to enable employees to work more efficiently. The second area will be introducing training and development programs. The third area will be employee work schedules. The redesigning will focus on creating flexible work schedules to reduce employee burnout and increase job satisfaction. The fourth area will be work management. The redesigning will focus on increasing employee autonomy to encourage them to create and implement new ideas. Autonomy is also essential in increasing job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
