The group members all belong to different quartiles in terms of performance. However, the group’s work was not as difficult as expected due to the decision to cooperate. Strengths and weaknesses

The main strength of the group’s model is its ability to ensure that each individual handles sections they are confident about. The allowance to choose the most appropriate section allowed all group members to offer their best effort. This ensured that each section was handled thoroughly. In addition, collaboration among members presents a strength due to the need to harmonize information and monitor progress. The collaboration allowed each member to learn from the others and increase their knowledge in different aspects (Satell, 2018). Unfortunately, the model did not challenge group members to handle sections that were a bit unfamiliar to them. Suppose all individuals picked the sections randomly or deliberately chose areas that are challenging. They would have put in more effort and collaborated more with others to ensure they delivered.

To improve the project’s positive impact on the group members, I would ensure that each individual handles the section that they feel less confident about. This approach would ensure that each individual embraces a challenging aspect of the project and learns through the process of completion.  This approach is also selected to ensure that members seek out more collaboration from their colleagues for assistance or brainstorming. If I were working on the project independently, I would have included a radius that should identify nearby facilities to ensure that patients can access emergency care immediately. This should be based on the time it takes for a heart condition to escalate into a fatality, which can be judged from the readings that healthcare professionals receive. Thus, the allocation of patients to the nearest facility ensures that their health is well monitored to avoid fatal attacks. The main strategy in bringing the aspect into the project is an assessment of facilities with cardiologists within Phoenix. The maximum arrival time for healthcare professionals would be set at ten minutes in case of the possibility of a fatality. Thus, assigning a patient to a facility within a radius that would consume 10 minutes or less to deliver medical expertise is critical for the intervention’s efficiency.

Teams and teamwork promote innovativeness in a project. Innovation arises from challenges that compel team members to brainstorm and seek potential solutions. While working alone, an individual is restricted to their thoughts, intelligence, and opinions. However, working in teams eliminates such limitations and incorporates more perceptions. This strategy promotes the likelihood of finding a richer solution to the current issue (Bond-Barnard & Fletcher, 2018).
