I will consider eight steps to prepare to present findings and recommendations to a group of senior managers at Walmart. The eight steps include outlining the presentation, practising the presentation ahead of time, reading and revising the presentation, writing the senior manager’s audience in mind, taking cues from professional speakers, arriving early at the presentation venue, practising my hand gestures, and finally taking deep breaths (Tsang, 2022). In delivering the presentation, I will consider six steps. They include introducing myself and the presentation topic, convincing the audience why they should listen, trailing the themes, developing themes, summarizing the presentation, and responding to concerns and questions.

Knowing the audience for the presentation will include four action steps. First, I will determine the audience; as given in the scenario, they are senior managers. Second, I will consider what will be on their minds during the presentation. Third, I will think about what I desire them to understand after the presentation. Finally, determine the best approach that the audience will prefer.
In presenting the findings and recommendations to the senior managers, I would use a combination of verbal communication and a slide show. Notably, this is so because senior managers will require summarized information that is clear to the point. Slide shows will show the summarized data as I briefly explain to them what is presented in the slide shows.
