Social workers adapt three practice levels for the effectiveness of their work. These include micro, meso, and macro practice levels. As a social scientist, I would like to apply the micro-level practice in the future to find out the impact of music on the mental health of individuals. In this research, I will interact one-on-one with the participants to determine whether music improves or worsens their mental health status.
