Federally funded initiatives, such as the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program, alleviate financial barriers, ensuring vaccines are available to underserved populations (CDC, 2024). Moreover, policies that either require vaccination reminders in EHRs or utilize incentives to encourage providers to pay attention to immunization can make procedures easier and increase compliance.
