Personal Learning Experiences in the FNP Program
My personal learning experiences in the FNP program have been great. The FNP program has given me many opportunities to learn both theoretically and practically. I have gained skills on how to carry out objective and subjective assessments and diagnoses to treat my patients best. The program has equipped me with the skills to perform my roles and responsibilities. I have learned that my success depends on the quality of relationships I have within my facility and career path. I have also learned that caring for patients goes beyond treating their diseases; it also includes communicating and interacting with them at a personal level to establish caring relationships that lead to full healing. Through these personal relationships, holistic and patient-centered can be achieved (Tran, 2021). I believe I can still advance myself and my professional career by furthering my education and remaining updated on medical and nursing advancements in practice.
