Subject: Project Management Report, New Backpack Product
Introduction
The New Backpack Product project is one of the most important projects we have had within the period of twelve years of our operation. Therefore, dedication to the project is one of my team’s key priorities. The team is dedicating most of its time and resources to ensuring that this project becomes a success. The main goal of the project is to develop a backpack product that will surpass all the current models in the market, meet performance specifications, and meet the demands of the U.S. Army, Ground Forces, and Special Operations. One part of SuperPacks’ strategic plan is to continue developing an improved military backpack product function. SuperPacks has been taking advantage of the new technologies to fulfill its strategic goals, including establishing itself as the leading supplier of backpacks to the Ministry of Defense. SuperPacks aims to make the New Backpack Product project its signature project by developing and providing the U.S. Army, Ground Forces, and Special Operations with the best backpack product they have ever had. This project provides SuperPacks with an opportunity to establish itself as the most preferred manufacturer of military backpack products. To achieve this aim and deliver the product within time, there are several activities that our project team must complete and milestones that we must meet. First, the team must deliver the first batch of backpacks within 60 days. The first batch is aimed at allowing our customers to test the product and provide feedback on any adjustments or improvements that must be made to the product. After the feedback, improvements will be made, and the second batch will be delivered within the following 60 days. The last delivery will be made within the following 60 days. Therefore, the timeline for production and delivery of the products will be 6 months.

Project Risks
The project is likely to experience several risks due to the high level of complexity required, particularly in relation to the built-in refrigeration pouch and radio module. Some of these risks include quality risks, changes in requirements, unclear specifications, and estimating time and risks. To avoid these risks, the team must identify risks in time, keep in touch with the client, always prioritize risks, make a risk response plan, and track every risk.
Project Closure Synopsis and Conclusion
The project team meets its objectives, completes all the deliverables, supplies all the ordered products, and receives positive feedback from the customer.
