1. R. Civ. P. 8(b)

• This rule requires a complaint to contain a short and plain sentence of claim indicating that the person pleading is entitled to relief to ensure that the defendant gets fair notice of the claim and its foundation. The rule requires factual allegations that are enough to demonstrate that a claim is reasonable on its face. It, therefore, provides for affirmative defenses because parties are required to affirmatively state any agreeing defense or avoidance.

2. 32 CFR234.7(c)

• This rule prohibits people from committing disorderly conduct when with intent to cause public nuisance, alarm, violence, or jeopardy or recklessly or knowingly creates a risk. The rule considers the risk to be as a result of engaging in threatening or fighting or any violent behavior, using an utterance, language, or gestures, or engaging in an act or display that is physically threatening, obscene or menacing or done in a way that is likely to cause injury or immediately breaching the peace. The rule also considers noise as a risk if it is unreasonable considering the purpose and nature of the conduct of the actor that would govern the behavior of a reasonably prudent individual under the circumstances. The risk also ought to maintain or create a hazardous or physically offensive condition and threaten or impede a person’s security or property or interfere with the normal performance of official duties by the Department of Defense employees.

• This rule describes misleading advertisements to customers by including the content that should be included in a label to make an advertisement legal. It states that a label should describe the name of the actual product before its reference. The rule does not consider pork or its by-products, and it completely focuses on poultry.
