Subject: Market Expansion Zoom Meeting

Greetings.

I am writing to notify everyone about the upcoming Zoom meeting. This meeting is scheduled for 4/8/2022. It will serve as an ideal platform for discussing the planned market expansion into the USA.

Due to our cultural differences, the management will use varied strategies to ensure the comfort of all members. First, teamwork is essential to the success of the expansion. Each team member will be accountable to other members and the manager, as well as other executives. Collaboration will increase the team members’ dependence on each other for work-related responsibilities. Second, the manager will guide the process of reporting to higher executive members. The members are expected to respect and observe the various protocols prior to raising issues with higher-level executive members. Thirdly, information will be shared among all team members. At the same time, decision-making will be a collective activity. None of the team members will be excluded from making decisions or sharing information. These strategies are expected to promote engagement, motivation, morale, and commitment (AHRQ, 2020).

To resolve conflicts that may arise during the process of market expansion, the team members will utilize the existing conflict resolution framework that is currently in place. All members will be briefed on this framework before the official beginning of the assignment. The team members will be allowed to take major national holidays and religious ones. This determination is because all team members belong to different cultural backgrounds and thus lack uniform holidays. Through teamwork, the members will develop the expectations and communication plan. Accordingly, this will facilitate collaboration and shared decision-making. The manager will go through these documents prior to approving and identify any that need changes while providing reasons. This initial step is expected to foster engagement and involvement (Nurmi & Varis, 2021).

I look forward to meeting you on the scheduled date.

Thank you.

Regards.

John McCain
