Change Theory
The Kurt Lewin Model of Change is the most appropriate change theory to help an interdisciplinary team succeed in collaborating and implementing the project plan. Kurt Lewin’s change model provides direction in the process of change, which has three distinctive stages: the unfreeze stage, the change stage, and the refreeze stage (Galli, 2019).
