Also, poor planning causes the organization to have less clear objectives for the project. Poor planning brings about confusion within the organization as employees need to be able to tell what exactly they are working on, causing them to work less promptly. Lastly, the failure to plan appropriately leads to dissatisfied customers (Ngoc, 2020). A website developed under poor planning will not effectively satisfy customers’ wants and needs, leading to a considerable loss for the organization as clients resort to competing firms.
