Human Resource Activities – Staffing and Recruitment Process

The application strategic staffing would best apply in this particular situation. the alignment of each employee based on the function and overall purpose of the organization plays an important role in this perspective. I would identify the needs of the employee in order to maintain the status quo in the organization (Fallon & McConnell, 2017). The determination of labor requirements, job transfer, personnel appraisal, development, and training of the employee is an important staffing process that cannot be ignored.

The attributes that I would look for include skills and experience because they determine the effectiveness of the whole staffing process for the organization. I will not consider the individuals from the security management because the activity is quite manageable and the collaborative efforts of the other employees would effectively play out in this perspective.

$2000 to $3000 computer and security employees

$3000 to $4000 perimeter security

$5000 to $7000 senior managers

The HRD plays a critical part in the recruitment process. They ensure that they recruit security personnel based on the security policies of the company. The department can conduct background checks to ensure that the matter is addressed through proper channels. A look at the code of conduct is also a practice that the HRD looks at keenly (Caruth & Handlogten, 2016). The conduct of the security personnel is vital for the office practices of the company in regard to the matter.  A look at the violations involved in the process plays a critical part in this case. It would involve ensuring that the security violations are preserved through appropriate means.
