At my funeral, I would choose the poem performance to express my life, which will be achieved through condolences and a memorial coverage of my entire life and relationships. I chose poetry as poems help capture essential truths about a person’s life (Janairo,2016). Poems are relatable and will help my friends and family express themselves about the relationships and moments we shared. Also, poetry connects people by reminding them of the joys and pains of life. Poems are a part of my life, and I have written several poems that I would love reading of one of them. I have written a lot of poems about life and its fragility, adventures, and personal feelings. I feel poems are an underrated artwork that uses a variety of ways of word expression. Poetry will give the funeral a modern and personal feel.
