The worry about cancer was shown to mediate cancer screening and, consequently, the use of APIs. These findings provide the groundwork for health promotion targeting various cancers across communities. As global healthcare approaches tend towards preventive care, such technologies will become valuable in fronting various screening programs. | This study revealed that adults aged 65 years and above are highly unlikely to use HIT. There is a consensual finding on the need for integrating health information technologies in the conventional management of chronic illnesses. Fan & Zhao (2022) explores chronic illnesses and the implications of the growing prevalence of these illnesses to healthcare resources across the globe. Samal et al. (2021) also weigh in on the relevance of technological advances in chronic care. These articles complement the articles appraised by demonstrating how significant health information technologies are in the perpetuation of effective chronic care. Integral to chronic care approaches is the use of evidence-based care. An important step in the adoption of evidence-based approaches and best practices supported by literature is making a clinical inquiry into clinical areas where a change process is warranted. Melnyk & Fineout-Overholt (2018) provide a framework for making clinical inquiries. Findings from this resource can help clinicians identify best practices that can help advance chronic care. Hoe & Hoare (2012) also detail a research methodology that can help inform quality improvement in healthcare. Per these findings, quantitative approaches are faster-focused and more acceptable in understanding aspects of the social world and can thus be used to inform improvement measures in chronic care.

EVIDENCE-BASED PROJECT- PART 1- IDENTIFYING RESEARCH METHODOLOGIES
Based on the clinical issue of interest and using keywords related to the clinical issue of interest, search at least four different databases in the Walden Library to identify at least four relevant peer-reviewed articles related to your clinical issue of interest. You should not be using systematic reviews for this assignment; select original research articles.
Review the results of your peer-reviewed research and reflect on the process of using an unfiltered database to search for peer-reviewed research.
Reflect on the types of research methodologies contained in the four relevant peer-reviewed articles you selected.
Part 1: Identifying Research Methodologies
After reading each of the four peer-reviewed articles you selected, use the Matrix Worksheet template to analyze the methodologies applied in each of the four peer-reviewed articles. Your analysis should include the following:
